Last season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills I suspected something was misfiring inside Dorit Kemsley‘s brain because she just didn’t seem to ‘get’ certain things. Now I wonder if the reason she changes her hair so much is because instead of a brain her head is filled with extra pieces of hair. It’s plausible, right? And yes, once again last night was The Dorit Show, and I dunno… Lisa Rinna is a better TV host!

You guys – I am about to make a startling confession and I fully expect to be stoned with carbohydrates and Payless Shoes for this, but I have to do it. So here it goes: I truly believe the Housewife most like myself is Lisa Rinna.

No, I have not secretly written a book on how to suck D (yet! *wink, wink*), but when it comes to getting a tasty piece of gossip or knowing something I shouldn’t, I, like Lipsa, cannot help but blurt it out at inopportune times.

The words just fall right out of my mouth because I’m too excited. Immediately after I wish I could catch them and stuff them right back in like they’re a handful of chips, but neither Lisa Rinna nor I eat chips (me because I’m doing The Whole 30). Anyway that is the feeling I experienced while watching Lipsa saunter into dinner last night, plop down, and immediately unleash some tales about Lisa Vanderpump and Ken being sued. I was yelling “LISA RINNA – STOP IT! Put anything in your mouth! Read some Rinnovation aloud instead!” But I could feel she was literally chopping at the muzzle… It’s a curse to be so addicted to the salacious, I tell you, but it certainly makes good TV. (I would never go on a reality show. Ever).

SO let’s move on to the true topic of the evening – Tom Girardi‘s ankle. Kidding.  But not kidding, did he let people sign his cast?! Did he get the cast wrapped in a decorative Superman tape? Was homeboy on crutches or did he have some sort of floating hovercraft constructed from one of Erika’s capes, a giant Chanel bag, and a couple dominatrix harnesses? Let’s hope!

Last night it seems like these women just roved from restaurant to restaurant, talking about each other, and then cringing over what the other people were saying. I mean Kyle Richards just about had a margarita everyplace in LA! She just sort of zombied around, calling out “Margaritas?! Kathy?! Anybody?!” I bet she even told her troubles to the kitchen staff at SUR.

Dorit was supposed to meet Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave for drinks, but instead she got caught up in a swimwear meetings – and anyone who’s ever tried to put on one of those one-piece/two-piece combo suits knows how you can get caught up! Dorit is relaunching her collection after a hiatus and on a deadline crunch. The most interesting thing about Dorit is that she once ran a pretty successful swimwear collection, and the most disappointing thing about Dorit is that she gave it all up to marry PK.

Dorit claims she was “laser focused” on an international call, but it looked like she was just sitting around with her assistants talking. Whatever – she got stuck at work, and it happens to the best of us. What does not happen, even to the worst of us, is that we NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO LET THE OTHER PERSON KNOW WE’RE SUPER LATE!

The bigger issue is that Teddi and Dorit seem to have had a miscommunication about what time they were meeting; Teddi thought 4, but Dorit had it written in her calendar for anytime between 4:30 and the return of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (which honestly some of Dorit’s hairstyles resemble a Flying Spaghetti Monster…). Ergo Teddi was sitting there for 54 minutes before Dorit finally phoned that she was still 15-20 minutes away. I thought Teddi was pretty gracious when she explained her perspective that she had to get home to her kids.

It seemed all good. Until, as Housewives who can never let anything go do, Dorit later complained to Kyle that Teddi got huffy and ditched her because she was a mere 2o minutes late due to work commitments. Dorit even claims that when she was only 6 minutes late Teddi actually texted to make sure she was alive and OK. Also, Dorit doesn’t understand who would need to abandon drinks to attend to her children? Isn’t that the reason for nannies. To quote Dorit, “I mean, really?!”

I’d go along with the time mix-up – except for one itty-bitty detail: Teddi also texted Dorit when she got to the bar, and according to the Bravo Reality Time Checker, that text was sent at a few minutes past 4. Meaning Dorit had a heads-up that their wires had crossed and she should’ve immediately texted back to say, “OMG – I thought we were meeting at 4:30 and I’m stuck doing something for work and hideously late!” Couldn’t Dorit have one of 32 assistants to handle that?!

Dorit clearly lacks the capacity for manners though – she married a sea cretin called PEEKY K Panties and she’s screaming obscenities at guests in other people’s homes. Also she threw a dinner party and severed canned chickpeas.

But seriously WHY did Dorit run to Kyle? Probably to seize the narrative in some pre-emptive attempt at damage control.  There’s no need to ask why pot-stirring Kyle took Dorit’s complaints back to Teddi, and then pretended to be alarmed by Teddi’s frustration.

The best irony is that they were meeting at a restaurant called, I kid you not, “Plan Change.” That was planned by shady production, right? And I have a feeling we’re gonna be talking about this plan change A LOT. Like all damn season. Let the #plannygate commence! (Hashtagging that now)

So far I like Teddi, but she seems too normal for this show. She’s like the audience member in a magic show who got pulled into the act. She knows she’s not really going to be chopped in half by the box of death, but she also no idea what trickery is allowing her feet and head be both truncated while attached. By contrast Dorit is a muppet; someone who has this approximation of what a wealthy eccentric should do and mimics it poorly because she lacks self-confidence.

Kyle spent about 3 million dollars to get new floors, but they look EXACTLY like the old ones! Was it wood-look tile? Then her dog secretly peed on them. Oh dear.

Kyle has sold two additional TV shows to big networks, but she can’t celebrate her success with her sisters and this makes her saddy-sad caftans. Ever since American Woman got picked up things are extremely tense with Kathy, especially, and she’s no longer invited over. Mauricio is also is ostracized after starting The Agency. Basically what Kyle wants is a mommy, and what Kathy wants is a sycophant and to always be the ‘sister who made it,’ and what Kim wants… maybe a talking rabbit?

Kyle first told her tale of woe to Erika, but Erika had more important issues to focus on after Tom’s car accident. I loved how after Erika reveals this, Kyle just sits there, visibly disappointed that they weren’t still talking about her.

Instead Erika was forced to confide in her paid pal, Mikey. Erika wouldn’t give any details about this car accident, but Tom had surgery and it turned him into a mere human! Now Erika has to do things for him beside be his attractive wife! She has to uphold those ‘In Sickness and In Health’ vows and the realities of marrying a much-older man are settling in. Someday Erika Jayne is gonna have to hang up her pleather boots and whips to wipe Tom’s drool in some huge suburban mansion… And she has no idea if she’ll get anything in return. Quel Tragique!

Next Kyle went to some weird exercise class with Teddi which involved standing on some machine and trying to climb it, yet going nowhere – a perfect euphemism for Kyle’s experiences with her sisters! Afterwards they discover 400 calorie juices (UHHH?) and Kyle shares Dorit’s perspective on #Plannygate. (or should we call it #LateGate?). Teddi is shocked by how Dorit has fudged the story to misrepresent the time discrepancy and alleviate her own rudeness. Kyle just sits there with her phony ‘UH OH what did I do?’ look, then runs BACK to Dorit to let her know that Teddi claims she was waiting there, alone with prosecco, for 54 minutes. Dorit is aghast that Teddi won’t admit to being the one who messed up the meeting time.

Kyle and Dorit got drinks and thanks to the previews I was expecting them to have a chat about Dorit’s atrocious dinner party behavior towards Camille Grammer, but oh no, instead Kyle cries about how Kim and Kathy don’t support her big dreams to exploit their family drama for TeeVee. At least Dorit was supportive enough to cry with Kyle over margaritas. Kyle should’ve been a better friend to Camille and said something about her hurt feelings.

This whole time Lipsa is first in Canada for vacation, then in NYC guest co-hosting Kelly & Michael Ryan Seacrest. Harry Hamlin is playing Domestic Goddess at home and demanded Delilah learn to use the washing machine. These life skills are vital! Lipsa goes on a parenting tangent about how she can’t turn people loose in the world who have functioning skills which she describes as “blaaaa-aaaah-aaaaah”. So basically Dorit, because they may end up married to PK and wearing his shirts as mini dresses paired with bright purple boots she bought from the Erika Jayne Closet Liquidation eBay auction. Capped off with some sort of very terribly chopped bob that was clearly a bad wig of early Kim Zolciak nature. This is what Dorit wears to get drinks with LVP.

Finally Kyle travels to a different restaurant – her last – to meet Camille and Teddi for dinner. Lipsa will be joining them later after she decamps from her airplane. Why didn’t she charter a helicopter to land on the roof?

Before Lipsa arrives, Teddi fills everyone in on her Dorit Drama and Camille smirks that perhaps Dorit had been drinking in excess again. Camille dissects Dorit like she’s a filet of white fish, and describes her as an attention-seeking, loud mouth who drinks too much and is trying to find some relevance. Teddi dubs her antics “The Dorit Show.” Camille is humiliated that she introduced David to the group only to be called a Stupid C and a strap-on. Since Dorit is so into sex toys, Camille’s plan is to give her a ball-gag. I love shady Camille!

Kyle pretends to be scandalized that Camille insinuated Dorit has a drinking problem. She’s sens-si-tive about this, because KimKillah. If Kyle is so close with Dorit, why would she not defend her? Thankfully she did defend LVP and Ken against Lipsa’s mayhem…

LVP was unawares that while she was finding the dog version of Ken, the real version of Ken was being slapped with a lawsuit for assault. Can the look-a-like dog go in his stead to court? This all came about because initially Vanderpump Dogs was partnering with another organization, but there was a falling out. Now the owner is accusing Ken of shoving her.

Now, NO ONE, except for maybe Yolanda Lyme Brain Foster, believes Ken capable of assaulting a woman. INCLUDING Lisa Rinna – so why on earth did she bring it up? Especially after she and Lisa patched things up! It must be chalked up to a pathological diarrhea of the mouth. Girl, I get you, but serials – buy a Vanderpump Dogs Muzzle and strap those mighty lips down, cause that was just disgraceful and shady.

Meanwhile LVP takes Dorit out for wine and they discuss the situation with Teddi and Kyle’s family drama. LVP is surprised Kyle confided in Dorit because she’s usually the one Kyle shares with. Then LVP is the one who (FINALLY) gently informs Dorit that her behavior at Kyle’s was offensive and, even if she meant it as a joke, Camille certainly isn’t a girl who likes those jokes. Especially in front of her new boyfriend!

Dorit condemns Camille for having “no sense of humor” but LVP warns her to apologize. The wrath of Camille can take Stonehenge down like it’s a house of cards. Does Dorit really think she’s so funny? Does Dorit really think she’s above the rules of everyone else? Apparently so!

If I were Dorit I’d apologize to Camille by gifting her one of Erika’s “Cunty” necklaces. Or maybe a strap-on bedazzled with Camille’s name on it? You know, just to keep the theme going of people not getting Dorit’s ‘jokes.’

Of course I don’t want the current Vanderpump Rules season to end, but at the same time, I cannot wait until the cast gets together for the reunion episodes. One reason is that it seems like almost every woman in this cast has issues with Scheana Marie and I want to see it all play out while they’re all spray tanned and glammed up.

Recently, both Scheana and her ex Robert Valletta blamed the Vanderpump Rules cast for their breakup, so it seems like the bad blood goes both ways. And I want to know why. I want to know every single thing that went down this season and I want to know now. Unfortunately, I have no insider information, but a recent interview with Scheana does make it clear where she stands with most of the other cast members. Well, it is at least clear where she stands with Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, and Katie Maloney– i.e. not on good terms.

Scheana appeared on Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast to share some insight and behind-the-scenes info on the current season.

Apparently it’s not at all weird for Scheana to watch the episodes with her ex boyfriend/current best friend Rob. She revealed, “We actually watched the first episode together. Lala [Kent] and her man [Randall Emmett] came over. Her brother was in town. We had a couple friends over. It was fun to watch it together, but that was just the first episode. I don’t know if we’re going to want to watch every episode together.”

I would assume they wouldn’t with those cheating accusations and all. But then again, I also assumed that people who broke up wouldn’t be best friends right after, so who knows what’s going to happen.

Scheana continued talking about the similarities between Lala’s man Randall and Rob: “He is a very private person. He doesn’t want that and Rob’s the same way. He and Rob talked a lot before doing the show. Lala’s man will never be on the show. He said if she’s a Housewife, maybe. So if we ever graduate, you may see him.”

I would love to see Lala flipping her hair while she recites a Housewives tagline.

Then Scheana discussed her strained relationship with Stassi. She said, “You’ll see shifts in that up and down. I just think that it’s unfortunate that I do group Katie, Kristen, and Stassi together, but they have so many similar traits and we just don’t mesh well together. It’s like we’ve tried to force this friendship for so long and sometimes it’s organic and sometimes it’s forced. Sometimes they’re just so mean that I’m like ‘I don’t want to be friends with you anymore.’ Sometimes they’re so amazing that I’m like ‘I love being friends with you.’ You’ll see a lot of that this season.”

It feels like Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is the cast member that we didn’t know we needed on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (minus the constant horse talk for the first few episodes). She doesn’t have a glam squad or brag about her life (unlike some people). She is also not afraid to call out Dorit Kemsley on her bull shit, as we all say when she left Teddi hanging for fifty four minutes after she invited her for drinks.

Teddi may have been “introduced” to the viewers through Dorit – who she met on camera – but there are other cast members Teddi became close with during her rookie season.

In an interview for the Reality Life With Kate Casey podcast, Teddi admitted, “I had never seen the show prior, but I probably should have.” That is something a lot of Real Housewives say and I very rarely believe them, but I actually do buy what Teddi is selling here.

Speaking of honesty, Teddi opened up about the dinner Dorit supposedly cooked during their double date. She admitted, “I have to be honest. That dinner was delicious. I have absolutely no idea what it was.” Dorit probably didn’t know either.

Teddi confessed, “I can say throughout that Lisa Vanderpump was constantly very kind to me and checking in to make sure that I was OK.” Teddi also said, “She could tell when I was having a little bit of a hard time.” Aside from discussing the social aspects of their friendship, Teddi also shared, “I also think she’s a great businesswoman and I learned a lot from her.”

Who else did Teddi get along with? She shared, “I had a lot of fun with Kyle Richards. It feels very natural with her. It’s effortless and that’s how I love my friendships to be.”

Teddi did not actually throw any shade in that interview, but it is possible that she had issues with the cast members she didn’t mention in her 2-person list of close friends. Or at least I hope so. I want to see her put some of these women (cough cough Dorit) in their place.

When Dorit Kemsley revealed to Lisa Vanderpump that Kyle Richards got pretty emotional in front of her, Lisa did not seem pleased. In fact, she seemed pretty jealous that Kyle talked about her issues with sisters Kim Richards and Kathy Hilton over her scripted series which is “loosely based” on their family.

Lisa remarked, “It surprises me that she can be so emotional with Dorit because she doesn’t know her that well.” Her infamous “British humor” strikes again.

During the last Watch What Happens Live episode, Andy Cohen said, “We noticed that Lisa Vanderpump may have have ever-so-subtly shaded Kyle and Dorit’s friendship. Did you notice this?” Kyle admitted, “Oh I did. Yes, I did not miss that.” She added, “Somebody is making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches over there in Beverly Hills.”

The other big scandal of the episode was Dorit leaving Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave hanging for fifty four minutes while she pretended to be busy. The major story line should have involved everyone dragging Dorit for getting wasted and calling Camille Grammer a “c-nt” for no discernible reason during last week’s episode. Teddi is clearly right about this one, but I just don’t want this to drag out for the rest of the season like last year’s pantygate and the Munchausen story line from the year before. I don’t want Andy reading through text message print-outs during the reunion this season.

As per usual, Kyle tried her best to stay neutral. She said, “I was getting both sides so I really didn’t know and I just met Teddi.” Thankfully, she did allude that she agrees with Teddi because she did actually admit, “Now I’m watching this. Not so good.”

Andy asked Kyle about the “rift” with her and sisters Kim and Kathy. Kyle explained, “Less than being a rift, it was more like I just didn’t feel that I could reach out in that moment when I had something to share because there has been some tension and awkwardness. It’s hard when you don’t have your parents and you really lean on your siblings in that moment. Dorit just caught me in that moment when that just kind of came out. I really wish it didn’t, but it did.”

Kyle isn’t the only one who wishes those words didn’t come out. Clearly Lisa was not pleased that Kyle was so open in that conversation with Dorit.

Andy asked, “Where are you now with your sisters?” She said, “OK. I mean, yeah.” That doesn’t sound super promising.

One relationship that is definitely going well for Kyle is her friendship with Teddi. She shared, “I adore Teddi. I really respect her honesty. She’s very direct and she’s down to earth. I love how she takes being a mom and a wife very seriously and that’s very important to her. We really bonded. I adore her. We text almost everyday. She’s a great addition to the show.”

Clearly I counted my eggs before they hatched when I concluded that Dorit Kemsley redeemed herself at the beginning of her second Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season. She was getting along with Erika Jayne while they gambled in Las Vegas and I was so here for their budding friendship.

Then she couldn’t keep Lisa Rinna’s name out of her mouth, which I normally understand since Rinna has caused some trouble over the years, but she was pretty innocent this season (at least until she casually brought up those assault allegations against Ken Todd). Dorit is either talking shit about Rinna or looking for an excuse to do so again. As if that wasn’t annoying enough, she offended most of the fandom when she got wasted and called Camille Grammer a “stupid c**t” for absolutely no reason.

Before she got wasted during Kyle Richards’ dinner party, Dorit got a head start with the rude behavior at a photo shoot that Lisa Vanderpump asked her to participate in. She made a huge fuss over the hair and makeup and had harsh feedback when she saw the photos. Obviously, Dorit has a skewed her own version of the story.

In her Bravo blog about last week’s episode, Dorit wrote, “I was shocked when I walked in and realized it was a full blown photo shoot, as Lisa V told me I was simply having my hands and decolletage photographed. I’m a perfectionist by nature and admittedly a bit of a control freak, so I was thrown out of my comfort zone when I arrived fully unprepared and super pressed for time.” How was Dorit “fully unprepared”? She is always glammed up to the max.

Of course Dorit didn’t have anything to say about her behavior at the photo shoot and just concluded that part of her blog with “Needless to say, I was incredibly happy to support Lisa V and Christina Makowsky—two people I admire and adore.”

Then she got to the main part of the episode and tried to explain her drunken antics. She shared, “As for Kyle’s backyard dinner party, there’s more behind the night than meets the eye. I arrived an hour and a half before everyone else, the drinks were flowing, and I was in good, fun company.”

She continued, “However, it was 100 degrees outside, Kyle’s power was out, and a few too many drinks in, I made some really silly, inappropriate remarks to Camille, a woman I’ve never shared a bad word with. It’s all a blur, and it was difficult to watch at times, but my comments were nothing more than stupid, childish humor fueled by a long night of drinking.” Who just calls someone a c**t out of nowhere? Camille was introducing her new man to the group for the first time and she was nothing but pleasant. It’s also wild how no one was shown sticking up for Camille during Dorit’s turned up outburst. Apparently it’s every woman for herself in the 90210.

Dorit insists, “I really regret that moment, and I’m sorry to Camille, but I want her to know that I had absolutely no malicious intent.” That last part is probably true. More likely than not, her intent was to secure some screen time. She just went about that quest with poor execution against an OG cast member and a fan favorite.

Thanks to Dorit Kemsley’s drunken outburst, Camille Grammer’s fiancé David C. Meyer’s first appearance on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wasn’t as big of a deal as it could have been. Instead of getting the third degree from Camille’s friends, he was just forced to sit there while Dorit called Camille a “stupid c**t” for no reason.

If Dorit didn’t take over the dinner, the other women could have got to know David. Obviously that did not happen. No details were revealed during the episode and now there is a lot of information circulating about Camille’s husband-to-be.

Camille and David got engaged in October 2017. According to an article from Page Six, court papers that were filed in November 2017 allege that David wasn’t divorced from his wife of eleven years, Wendy. Apparently the two of them separated in 2014 and she claimed that he assaulted her and gave her a concussion when she filed the divorce papers.

Then there’s an odd story about David, a lawyer, representing a con artist named Troy Stratos in court after scamming $43 million. One of the victims’ lawyers asked Troy Stratos’ brother-in-law if David and Troy were “romantically involved.” In his deposition, the brother-in-law, said, “I don’t know.”  Nothing overt. It just seems rather odd that if indeed — if indeed Meyer went outside the bounds of what an attorney should do for a client, why would they — why would he do that for him? It was also alleged that David “knew fraudulent activity was going on” and he was sued for malpractice.

Wow. These are some wild accusations. Just when we were all happy that Camille is getting married again. If it’s not true, these are some damning allegations. If this article is true, that’s a lot to handle.

Brandi appeared on the Everything Iconic With Danny Pellegrino Podcast and she did not hold back. At all. She called them all out saying, “I think the women of Beverly Hills are the least real. I’ve seen those girls when the cameras shut down and there’s some drama. They’re so together when the cameras are on and everything is perfect.”

She also claims that Kyle Richards is the most different behind the scenes compared to her persona on the show. Brandi shared, “I think that she’s a lot looser and a lot more fun and not so worried about saying the right thing, doing the right thing, and about her kids hearing something. When there’s no cameras and you’re just out to dinner you and her, she can say whatever she wants and there’s no repercussions. It’s weird because I like Kyle off camera, not on camera, because they’re two different people.”

Just like the rest of us, Brandi isn’t super enthused by Real Housewives Of Boring Hills the current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season. She said what most of us have been thinking: “Obviously it’s pretty to look at. I’m just waiting. We get it. Everyone has a glam team. Everyone has a lot of money. Is the big drama that your floors are getting torn up? This is not going to be fun to watch.” Thank you, Brandi. She added, “It’s the beginning, so I’m hoping it gets more exciting. You have to build up to it. I just wish there were more hot husbands. I can’t. These beautiful women and their yucky husbands, I can’t.”

This week’s reality star roundup includes The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel celebrating the launch of her new Skinnygirl Jeans along with her co-stars Dorinda Medley, Tinsley Mortimer, and Sonja Morgan.

Initially, I was happy that at least something happened during the last episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. To say that Season 8 “got off to a slow start” would be putting it nicely. I was pleased when Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave refused to accept Dorit Kemsley’s rude excuses after she left her sitting alone for an hour when they were supposed to get drinks. Dorit stirred the pot even further when she tried to twist the narrative in a conversation with Kyle Richards about the failed meetup.

I was more entertained than I’ve been for most of this season and that’s when I realized that this fifty-four minute wait will get dragged out just like pantygate did last season and Munchausen accusations did the year before. Why can’t these women be more like the New York Housewives? They offend each other, argue, get back together, and then repeat the cycle again with new offenses instead of elongating one issue for a whole season (or multiple seasons).

Kyle discussed the last episode in a post for her Bravo blog. She admitted, “Watching Teddi sit there waiting for Dorit makes me very uncomfortable. This topic will come up for a while after as you can imagine.” Of course it will.

Kyle said, “I know Dorit felt bad, because we discussed it, which comes up, so we will save that for later.” Yeah, I’m sure Dorit felt awful. Kyle warned, “But trust me this does not get dropped quickly. Not to mention it takes things in another direction.”

The OG cast member admitted, “I totally understand Teddi feeling frustrated that she hired a babysitter and left her kids. And I can feel that I am going to be in the middle of a sticky situation. At first I tried to explain that there was a time discrepancy, but this is going to play out so, I will leave you to come to your own conclusion.”

At this point I’m on the viewers’ side. Sure, I agree with Teddi, but I just want this story to play out in a manner that is best for the fans. If it’s going to blow up, I don’t want to end up being redundant. We will see how it goes.

Kyle continued, “I met up with Dorit for dinner and immediately the topic of being late to meet Teddi comes up. This is a total ‘she said/she said’ situation. I have no idea what the actual meeting time was, so I can’t really weigh in. All I know is they both think they are right, and that’s never good.”

Aside from dealing with the Dorit and Teddi drama, Kyle had some emotions of her own to deal with during that last episode. She wrote, “When I tell Dorit about my other shows in development, I found myself surprisingly emotional. Yes, I am an emotional person, but my reaction surprised even me. The night before is when I had heard about the the other projects. It’s always in those moments I really miss my mom. My dad too, of course, but my mom was my biggest cheerleader. I would give anything to be able to call her and share this exciting news.”

Back to the drama, Kyle recapped, “I meet up with Camille [Grammer], Teddi, and Lisa Rinna for dinner. Before Lisa Rinna gets there we get into it AGAIN about the ’54 minutes versus 6 minutes’ with Teddi and Dorit AND about Dorit calling calling Camille the c-word. I can see how it looked. And I despise that word. However, I do know that Dorit was joking and thought she was being funny. Although not everyone thought it was funny, she wasn’t being malicious.”

I would love to see how Kyle would react if Dorit called her a c-nt out of nowhere.

They didn’t spend that whole dinner talking about Dorit though. The episode ended with a bit of a cliffhanger as soon as Rinna showed up. Kyle wrote, “When Rinna walks in, the first thing she brings up is a lawsuit with Lisa Vanderpump. My radar immediately went up. WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THIS UP? And for anyone to suggest that Ken Todd would ever lay a hand on a woman is ridiculous. I was actually at the Vanderpump Dog Foundation event where the person had claimed this happened. It was a beautiful evening without incident, so why is Lisa Rinna bringing this up?!” Probably because a producer asked her to.

Just when Dorit Kemsley was starting to win over some of her haters, she stood up Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave after inviting her to get drinks. In the grand scheme of things, this is not a huge deal, but Dorit comes across as rude and self-involved, to put it mildly.

The episode was complete with time stamps, so it’s easy to see that the narrative for this incident will go in Teddi’s favor, but Dorit did attempt to change that when she tattled to Kyle Richards with her version of the story.

In a Bravo blog post, Teddi started with two labeled paragraphs. The first is “Teddi’s Truths” and the second is “Dorit’s Delusions.”

Starting with the truths, Teddi reiterated, “Dorit and I were supposed to meet for drinks at 4PM. I arrive promptly and, thankfully, with a brand new pedicure since you’re subjected to a closeup of my feet. I text Dorit two minutes in to let her know I’ve arrived. After sitting around by myself sipping my prosecco for 36 minutes (thank you, on-screen time stamps), I text Dorit to make sure she’s okay. At 4:48PM, Dorit finally calls.” That is exactly what we saw play out on the show.

Teddi continued, “Apparently she was kept on a call and couldn’t get off the phone, and I’m assuming it’s because somebody wouldn’t stop talking. Like you hear me say, it’s quite simple to send a text while you’re on the phone. Even so, we also hear that with traffic, she probably wouldn’t get to me for another 15-20 minutes (which in LA-speak basically means I just left my house, and I’m leaving it in the hands of Waze), and I wasn’t into wasting any more time. So as I left, she apologized and said she understood. The end.”

The end? There’s no way that is true. It was discussed later on during the episode and I have a feeling it’s going to get dragged out way longer than it should be this season.

Moving on to Dorit’s Delusions, Teddy joked, “In Dorit’s version, she and I were supposed to meet somewhere between 4:30PM and Christmas. Dorit was so busy she couldn’t respond to my text I sent her asking if she was okay because I’m a monster—a disgusting beast of a person who texts somebody when they’re supposed to be somewhere and don’t show up and you haven’t heard from them.”

Teddi wrote, “Then, in Dorit’s version, she called me as she was 10 minutes (oh, really?) away and I said in a huff, ‘I’m not waiting any longer!’ And now she’s put off by me because I’m an exaggerator and making her the bad guy. Queen of unaccountability.”

Does Dorit not realize that this is all going on in front of a camera crew? Not only that, but she was majorly shaded with those time stamps during the episode. How is Dorit going to explain this one? Most likely with a condescending fake acquired  accent.

Teddi concluded, “Let me say this: I am all for Dorit having a successful business and would never be upset about somebody missing dumb drinks for something so important. And this wouldn’t have been a big deal had she not gone to Kyle to begin with and started some false narrative. But here we are, spending so much time talking about time, it’s making me thirsty. But not thirsty enough to go have drinks alone for an hour again.” The claws are out.

If it feels like the hookup between former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and Gerard Butler has been in the news for years, that’s because it literally has been. Brandi shared the story back in 2012 and people are still talking about it in 2018.

And by people I mean Brandi Glanville and Gerard Butler are still talking about. When Gerard stopped by the Bravo clubhouse as a guest on Watch What Happens Live, it was inevitable that their tryst would become a topic of conversation. It was. And it didn’t take long for Brandi to clap back with her version of events.

Gerard admitted (again) during the episode, remarking, “I had no idea who she was.” He claimed, “‘And I kept saying, ‘What do you do?’ She goes, ‘It doesn’t matter. It’s not important.'” Apparently he didn’t bother doing a Google search or some social media stalking.

Gerard said, “Anyway, we hung out, we had fun, and then I never saw her again. Suddenly, I was walking down the street with a director and these guys from TMZ go, ‘Hey, what about you and Brandi Glanville?’ And I’m like, ‘Who’s Brandi Glanville?’ because I didn’t even know her last name.” Obviously this didn’t sit well with the reality star. He continued,”So I’m like, ‘Who’s Brandi Glanville?’ She got pretty upset.” Obviously.

During the episode, Brandi tweeted, “If you wanna know the REAL TRUTH about GB & me listen to the man the myth @HowardStern.” She plugged the Howard Stern interview again with this tweet: “If you want to know the truth you should listen to @HowardStern interview Gerard Butler – that’s it the rest is garbage.”

Thankfully, she tweeted even more after that since I am too poor refuse to pay for Sirius. The Ex-Real Housewife tweeted at TMZ saying, “Let’s set the record straight Gerard Butler hit on me at a party, asked for my phone number, called me up the next day, and asked me out so if he wants to cringe now he can f-ck off.”

She also posted a GIF of herself laughing on the show My Kitchen Rules with the text “Laughter gets you through the bullshit.. #TBT #MyKitchenRules.” Sure, that wasn’t a direct reference to the Gerard drama, but it is definitely applicable to this rant even if that wasn’t her intention.

Brandi ranted, “Gerard Butler did not no my last name or what I did that is true but he hit on me and asked me out end of story. Moving on.” Even though she ended that tweet with the words “moving on,” she still had one more thing to add, “I’m sorry but when you meet someone that clearly doesn’t know who you are, are you suppose to be a dick and say bye I’m famous????”

It’s tough for the reality TV super fans to keep up with all of their favorite shows, let alone all of the cast members on Instagram. Fortunately for you, I did all of the social media lurking for this week’s Instagram Roundup.

Vanderpump Rules stars Jax Taylor, Tom Sandoval, and Tom Schwartz enjoyed a boys weekend away at Big Bear. There’s still no word on who’s the “number one guy in this group,” but it looks like they all had a good time, which is something Jax could really use these days following the recent death of his father Ronald Cauchi.

In other Vanderpump Rules hang out “news,” something pretty shocking happened: Stassi Schroeder posted a photo hanging out with Ariana Madix. Are the long time foes- who surprisingly bonded over their love of murder during the last season finale- actually friends these days? Stranger things have definitely happened on this show, so it is possible.  Kristen Doute and Katie Maloney hung out with fellow Summer House cast member Lauren Wirkus. And of course, Lala Kent documented her time on a private jet. She’s one of the few people in this world who could get away with captioning time on a private plane with “Home” and pull it off.

Real Housewives of Atlanta OG NeNe Leakes continued to throw shade toward Sheree Whitfield by rocking a shirt with her own mugshot on it. Now I’m just waiting for Sheree to clap back with a bone carrying social media post of her own.

Real Housewife of New York Sonja Morgan spent time with one of her last season love interests, Rocco Ancerola. Does this mean that they are Instagram official and she’s done with Frenchie, or is she still playing the field?

There are few things that I love more than a Real Housewife attempting a music career. If the song is great, then that gives me another bop to listen to. If the song is terrible, it’s entertaining for a totally different reason. I will listen to it just as much (if not more). It’s really a win-win for the super fans like myself.

That’s why I miss Melissa Gorga’s early days on Real Housewives of New Jersey when she wanted to be a pop star and her husband built a recording studio in their basement. These days she is caught up with her clothing story Envy and all of that restaurant drama, but if she ever wanted to record another song, I would be all for it.

During her appearance on The Morning Breath, Melissa named Erika Jayne when she was asked who she would want to collaborate with. She said, “We would just put on a g-string and rock it somewhere with like diamonds and furs.”

Still, Melissa did seem pretty hesitant to get back into the music. She admitted, “I’m damned if I do and I’m damned if I don’t. It would only be for fun. I don’t take myself seriously with that at all. I know there’s a couple that do and I won’t mention any names that are very serious and think it’s like a real thing. I don’t. I do it truly for fun.”

Reflecting on the most recent Real Housewives of New Jersey season, Melissa addressed that memorial controversy from episode one. Margaret Josephs planned a memorial for Teresa Giudice (who she met the day before) to commemorate her mother (who she never met) and Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania were not included.

Melissa explained, “I think the reason [Siggy] wasn’t invited to the wreath thing is that it was pretty bad the night before. It was to a point where no one was speaking. She was calling us ‘this Jersey trash’ and we were all like, where are you from? Cherry Hill. We were all pissed off.”

The Morning Breath host Claudia Oshry said, “As far as things people should do in social situations, Margaret should have probably given a heads up.” Melissa admitted, “I agree. I actually said in that situation should Dolores and Siggy have been there? Yes. I think Margaret has apologized over and over.”

Later in the interview, Melissa said, “Jersey is the hardest franchise to cast,” which we all saw during Season 6 when Amber Marchese and those twins were cast as Housewives. Amber joined the show as “a friend of Melissa’s,” but that connection was highly exaggerated on the show. Melissa explained, “We knew each other back in the day, not even high school, but we like went clubbing together. It was like those friends that you didn’t grow up with, but you went out with for years, we went to every night club.”

Melissa continued, “So she just popped up on the show and she was like ‘Hey so you never called me when I was sick.’ And it’s like I haven’t seen you in ten years. I am confused. It was a lot of change at once.” Thankfully that only lasted for one season.

Melissa was asked if she’s in contact with any of the Manzos or Jacqueline Laurita. Melissa shared, “No. I don’t not like the Manzos. I actually love them all.” She didn’t comment on Jacqueline specifically, but that lack of comment really does say a lot.

When I watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I am intimidated by Lisa Vanderpump and there’s a television screen and two thousand miles between us. Well, that and the fact that we have never interacted in any way, shape, or form. Still, if I’m that intimidated, I can’t imagine how Lisa Rinna feels when Vanderpump throws her under the bus whenever she can.

A lot of the time Sometimes the insults are deserved. Other times they just make for great TV. For the most part Rinna is in on the joke and just laughs along with Vanderpump. For someone who can dish it out, it doesn’t seem like LVP can take it, since Rinna can’t even watch old RHOBH episodes on Instagram story without upsetting people. Nothing she said on those Instagram stories compares to the constant barrage of insults that Rinna receives from Vanderpump. Obviously the self-proclaimed queen of the show is upset about the Instagram stories and her fellow OG cast member Kyle Richards is on her side- of course. I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to go against Lisa Vanderpump.

In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast, Kyle discussed Rinna’s issues with Vanderpump and even her own issues with Vanderpump that will play out in upcoming episodes.

Before dishing on Rinna, Kyle shared that she and Vanderpump, “hit some bumps this season. No doubt. It’s inevitable. It’s really hard to maintain friendships on a show like this in reality television. We’ve gone through a lot and have been tested over and over again, but we really do care about each other and we know that we are better together than apart.” Although Kyle vs. Vanderpump would make for some pretty compelling television. Or at least some hilarious memes.

Still, Kyle insists, “I wouldn’t want to do the show without her. We have fun together and in order to do a show like this you have to be able to keep on having fun.” She explained, “We still have fun and laugh, but we piss each other off. This time that happened. I said it. She didn’t like it, so that created some issues and we had to work through it and we’re OK, but that hasn’t aired yet. So I always think to myself, ‘Oh god, now when this airs, it’s going to be another argument again. I can feel it.'” Poor Kyle, but I personally can’t wait to see what these two get into after being so loyal to each other the past few seasons. I cannot wait to see Kyle stand up to Lisa. I don’t understand why she hasn’t done it more.

Another relationship that I find tough to understand is the one Kyle has with Rinna. Apparently Kyle is also trying to figure it out since she said, “She does things that I really just don’t understand. It does make it harder and harder. Each time it happens, it makes it just a little bit more difficult.” I figured that she was referencing Rinna’s saga with Kyle’s sister Kim Richards, but she was actually talking about something much less serious: Instagram.

Yes, Kyle actually said, “Recently she’s been doing some weird things on her Instagram story, that I’m just kind of like ‘What are you doing? I just don’t understand that.’ I just find myself shaking my head.” All she did was watch the early seasons of RHOBH and share her reactions. She really did nothing sinister. Yes, I actually watched these Instagram stories and thought they were hilarious.

Kyle predicted, “It’s going to end up coming up because everyone has been talking about it. She’s been kind of taking jabs at Lisa Vanderpump and I’m thinking ‘Where did this come from? I don’t understand.'” Really? Kyle doesn’t know why Rinna would take jabs at Vanderpump? Vanderpump makes fun of Rinna every single chance she gets. Why wouldn’t Rinna want to throw some shade at Vanderpump? Why can’t they just exchange equal jabs back and forth without Rinna being the only one to apologize?

Still, Kyle insisted, “I don’t know where this is coming from and we’re not even shooting right now. I don’t get it.” I guess we will have to see if this comes up during the reunion episodes.

Unfortunately it looks like that failed meetup for drinks between Dorit Kemsley and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is going to get dragged out for a few episodes this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Teddi texted Dorit as soon as she got to the restaurant and Dorit left her hanging for fifty four minutes, insisting that she was too busy to send her a text because she was on the phone. News flash: you actually can text while you’re on the phone.

Both women shared their version of the story in their subsequent lunch dates with other cast members, but they haven’t discussed it with each other…. yet.

In her Bravo blog post, Dorit wrote, “What happened with Teddi doesn’t need to be dissected any further than it has already, for the source of my tardiness to our drinks came down to miscommunication. There was a discrepancy in what we believed our meeting time was, and I’m utterly sorry for being late.”

She explained, “I got stuck on an overseas phone conference regarding my new swimwear line, and I called Teddi to let her know I was running late as soon as it ended. Eek! I need to work on my time management a bit more, that’s for sure!” Time management, among other things.

Dorit also discussed her lunch with Lisa Vanderpump where Lisa called her out for being so rude to Camille Grammer. Dorit called Camille “a stupid c**t” in the episode before and no one defended Camille. Of course, Dorit didn’t acknowledge what Lisa said about Camille in her blog, or even mention her by name, but she did write, “It was lovely to have a catch-up with Lisa V too. She’s always a straight shooter and tells me like it is. I really appreciate that type of honest approach and being clear with one another. I’m constantly growing and open to her feedback, and our one-on-ones are a great way for us to connect on this deep, personal level.” Hopefully that feedback will inspire her to stop calling someone a c**t for no reason.

I’m having a total about face when it comes to Dorit Kemsley. Actually, given Dorit’s confusing hair and wardrobe this season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, I’d say she’s having a total about face about her own self! Something seems very off with her, and she’s driving everything to hell in a designer handbag!

Dorit lives in a fake prosperous world where she is your fun, eccentric friend doing zany but delightful things. The kind of friend who cosplays Erika Girardi (not Jayne!) and has NO idea how insanely insane she comes across. I think that instead I’ll just focus on Ken gently placing a newborn dog inside his shirt, kangaroo pouch-style, and softly holding it there until the puppy dozed off. It belongs on an Anne Geddes calendar, or in one of Lisa Rinna‘s bubbles of white light, because it was perfection. 

The episode’s drama culminated, again, around later-gator-gate. To soothe all the wrinkled brows about what time the clock said and who made what plans, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave hosted a Glam Circle party complete with laser treatments and massages. It sounds lovely to me, but Glam Circle turned into a Slam Circle courtesy of Dorit’s BS. We’ll get to all that a bit later, gators.

Lisa Vanderpump is training for the Olympics of Sass-Talking, which should be a pageant of women in glamorous outfits just roasting each other and playing pranks. I think LVP should actually start throwing these events! LVP practiced, as always, on Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna, and she had one fluffed and the other stuffed. LVP forced Kyle to bathe her own dog at Vanderpump Dogs when Kyle hasn’t done manual labor since she hauled Kim from the property of their Palm Desert house. Later LVP promised to help Lipsa sew all her lips shut. Dr. Vanderpump, at your… next American Horror Story Asylum?

Lisa needs a distraction from her lawsuit. She worries about the emotional toll it’s taking on Ken, who is really hurt by the way everything went down. A woman is suing them for breach of contract after they invested $40k in her rescue organization, then backed out. And Ken COULD have invested that money in cloning Jiggy! I wonder if they asked for their funds back, then she sued? Lisa is being open about it (for her) – if only to publicly portray them in an innocent light – but Lipsa is wondering what the REAL pooper-scoop is. She’s just innocently inquiring, though – no harm, no shade! And no tea, either, right?!

Let’s just say Lipsa does not want to put LVP and her little dogs too in a white light bubble!

Yes, Lipsa is also embarking upon a new venture. I mean another one besides momager. She has fabricated new-age mysticism for keeping your children protected from harm, boys, and too much screen time: white light bubbles. Lipsa has envisioned these around Delilah and Amelia and now is confident no bad stuff will come their way. No excess calories they cannot metabolize quickly. Bad men will just bounce right off the bubbles, sumo-style! No forgetting their underwear with a short dress. No blowing off their NYU classes to hang out in NYC shopping.

Harry, eyeing Lipsa warily over his newest script, suggests she approach QVC with her exciting new opportunity. She could add them to her fashion line: Giant polyurethane bubbles. With sequins. You know, I think with today’s helicopter parents, Lipsa could be onto something.

Meanwhile, Dorit is running around town looking like an extra from The Breakfast Club. I just do not get this 80’s club kid look she’s going for — until I see her side-by-side with Erika. Last year Dorit had some great looks, but this season she’s constantly wearing t-shirts tucked into high-waisted sweatpants with really aggressively bobbed, center-parted hair. It does her no favors. That’s a theme with Dorit, though – doing herself no favors.

Dorit’s children don’t need bubbles, they have nannies. One nanny, two nanny, three nanny, four. Nanny for breakfast, nanny for lunch, nanny for doing things not nice. Green nannies, red nannies, yellow nannies too, I’ve got a nanny just for looking at you!

This gives Dorit time to conduct her busy life of shopping for $3 million dollar cars with Erika, going to gossipy lunches in ludicrous outfits but blowing off less important fun acquaintances for drinks, and throwing PeeeeKaaaay a Casino Royale-themed 50th birthday party on a yacht. Cause if ANYONE screams ‘black tie’ it’s PeeeeeKay (more like garbage bag tie).

Dorit invites Erika to test drive some $3 million-dollar car called Pagani under the auspice that it’s a potential birthday gift for PeeeeKaaay. Dorit has no intention of buying this car, she’s there simply to advertise the dealership, which is owned by a friend of PK’s. Dorit can no more afford a $3M car than she can handle her liquor. I kept waiting for Diko from RHOC to pop up.

This nonsense car is the total encapsulation of who PeeeeeeKaaaay wishes he was VERY RICH mid-life crisis combined with penis envy. So, naturally, Dorit wore a t-shirt proclaiming, “We Should All Be Feminists.” To fantasize about how her metaphorical ‘d-ck’ got hard while driving and spending her husband’s money? She also wore a choker, which seemed like the true message piece. It’s probably not feminist to harshly judge the behavior of other feminists, but I am also a Housewives recapper. Conundrum!

Erika went along for this venture. It was actually Erika’s d-ck that got hard, not Dorit’s. I mean, I just hate expressions like that. Don’t covet the penis or you’ll wind up being electrocuted by one of Lipsa’s bubbles!

Dorit and Erika are friends now and they do have fun together. Plus Erika needed a break from playing Mrs. Girardi to the wailing Tom who has turned into a big baby since his broken ankle. Just to be clear, Erika “loves” having Mr. Girardi home, but mommy got a nanny and needs to get laid by fast automobiles. Or something. I hate myself.

Teddi may not like the girly things in life, but she does enjoy making her skin look eternally young, so she hosted a “glam circle” party. It was a cute idea… if you are not a Real Housewife. It even included crafting with terrariums and a low-key bar. After all the drama with ‘Lately-gately, no one came but everyone talked,’ Teddi asked Dorit to come over a bit early so they could hash out what went wrong. Surprise, surprise – Dorit was ON TIME.

Teddi isn’t mad about Dorit’s tardiness, but she is mad that Dorit A) lied about how tardy she was, and B) talked shit about her to Kyle. Dorit denies everything, then insists that she has the right to complain about her friends to other friends, because that’s how she processes things. However, this is a pattern with Dorit; she does something rude or heinous and then makes it MORE egregious by spreading it around to everyone, then claiming no recollection of what was said to whom and feigning innocence. But Teddi is a little thing called an ‘accountability coach’!

After Teddi calls Dorit out for involving Kyle in their drama, Dorit responds by insisting Teddi did the same thing when she also talked about it to Kyle and the then yet unnamed Camille Grammer. Except Teddi’s point was that she WOULDN’T have talked about it (allegedly) if Dorit hadn’t told Kyle first, thus making Teddi need to defend herself. The real kicker is that Teddi also mentioned that the other person she told also has a bone(r) to pick with Dorit. Hmmm… who could that be, Camille?

Teddi was full of crap when she said she didn’t care that Dorit was late. No one who ‘doesn’t care’ knows down to the minute (36 minutes here; 54 minutes there; ) how late someone was. Just as a person who doesn’t realize they are being super late doesn’t clock time either (6 minutes, 18 minutes). Instead of apologizing, or trying to discuss the communication breakdown, Dorit blamed Teddi for twisting the meeting time around to make her “look like the villain.” Except, well, Dorit IS the bad guy here. At one point Dorit actually barks, “Don’t be ridiculous, Teddi!” Which is always good for making a friend believe you care about her feelings.

What is “ridiculous” is for Dorit to be so angry at Teddi! All Teddi did was LEAVE after she’d been waiting almost an hour for Dorit’s trifling ‘international swimwear meeting.’ Dorit is the one who was late, then started trying to do pre-emptive damage control by lying about the arranged meeting time and gossiping to Kyle to make Teddi look crazy! Maybe Teddi is crazy, but right now she’s looking like the sane one.

Then Dorit makes it worse. Teddi’s bartender served Dorit’s rose in a champagne boat (which Dorit kept calling a “flute” – YOU’RE WRONG Ms. PERFECT). Citing her OCD, Dorit complained on and on about how she couldn’t possibly drink from the wrong glass. Dorit actually insisted the bartender re-pour her drink into a proper wine glass. This was after Dorit and Teddi’s tense ‘conversation,’ BTW. Dorit even continued to whine about the glass to Lipsa. Then pretty much turning her back on Teddi to third-wheel her out of the convo, Dorit proceeded to describe every detail of PeeeeKay’s impending birthday party. Even worse – Dorit informs Teddi she has no intention of getting any treatments because she doesn’t trust ‘Teddi’s people’ with her precious face. Does Dorit have Tourette Syndrome in addition to her self-diagnosed OCD?

Lipsa doesn’t care about glasses. She actually prefers her glass to be a a Starbucks cup full of tea. But careful – heavy cream will curdle it!

By the time Kyle arrives, wearing OMG a bright yellow kaftan-jumpsuit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Lipsa is plotting how to smuggle a Xanax into Dorit’s properly glassed wine, cause the woman is intense and on a rampage. True to form, Dorit immediately drags Kyle back into the drama with Teddi to ‘clarify’ a time based on something Teddi accused her of. This time, not only did Dorit twist what Teddi said, but also twisted what Kyle said! Kyle just wants a massage. She will say anything to shut these two harridans up, but she winds up defending Teddi’s version of events, then scampers away in her pantaloons to the safety of LVP mercilessly teasing Lipsa. Safety in sane numbers!

Dorit and Teddi agree to ‘end’ the most ridiculous argument Dorit claims to have ever had, but these two DEFINITELY aren’t done keeping score! After all, Teddi is an accountability coach, and Dorit well, she is living with OCD in the Dorit Time Zone. Of course the real kick in Kyle’s pants is when Camille shows up, and as LVP hisses that Dorit must apologize for calling her a C-U-Next-Tuesday and naming their as-yet-to-be-conceived third child Strap-On Cammie.

While Camille is preparing for her facial, Dorit walks over in her strange t-shirt outfit, hovers awkwardly (and frankly a bit creepily) over her to apologize. Was she nervous? Camille just smiles beatifically, the portrait of a composed madonna all gently sheathed in pleasing floral, while Dorit, aggressively clad in leather, rambles.  I love Camille – she plays all these women to perfection.

Dorit was so drunk at Kyle’s dinner party she doesn’t remember all the heinous things she said, but Camille is fine with that – it gives her the upper hand! She accepts Dorit’s apology and accompanying hug, then crosses her off the dinner party list … until she’s hosting one Allison DuBois!

Poor Teddi – that party was a bust. I blame Dorit’s bad energy, which even the healing crystals from the terrarium farm couldn’t bring down to sane. And Lipsa certainly wasn’t gonna waste any of her light bubbles by giving them away for free!

You know, the interesting thing is, Teddi grew up wealthy and famously connected, but doesn’t care about that world at all. Dorit, on the contrast, grew up well in an alien colony with strange accented creatures that have laser-beam eyes and skewed fashion vision. She is desperate to acclimate with humans and cares only about presenting the image of fabulously wealthy and connected. These two are never gonna get-on, as the pseudo-Brits say!

I had a love/hate relationship with the version of Camille Grammer we met during season one of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she was always entertaining. Her feud with Kyle Richards and breakup with Kelsey Grammer made for a very compelling first season of the show.

Ever since the first season, Camille has been a total class act, but I was really hoping that season one Camille would be unleashed when Dorit Kemsley got wasted and called her a “stupid c-nt” in front Camille’s new man David C. Meyer. Camille shared her true feelings on Dorit, her theory about why Kelsey encouraged her to sign on for the show, and why she thinks the medium from season one predicted the end of her first marriage.

During an episode of the Juicy Scoop With Heather McDonald podcast, Camille revealed that she got in touch with her fiance David’s ex wife.

She admitted, “I haven’t met her, but I spoke to her on the phone. I reached out to her and spoke to her for about an hour. I said listen, ‘If we need to co-parent and this is the best way to do it.’ And she was very cool. We had a great conversation.” That sounds like a harmonious situation, but she also admitted, “I don’t know if David was too thrilled about that, but you know.”

As interesting as Camille’s current relationship is, there will always be a public fascination with the end of her marriage to Kelsey. She was the definite villain of Season 1, but almost everyone had sympathy for her when she was completely blindsided by her ex’s infidelity.

Weirdly enough, Kelsey is the one who pushed his wife to be a part of the show even though he just signed on to appear in a New York play. Why would he encourage his wife to be a Beverly Hills Housewife if he’s about to start a major project on the opposite coast?

Camille shared, “I do believe that he wanted to keep me preoccupied because we both had spent time in New York. We picked out this apartment to stay in. We found a school for our children. We got the kids in.” She added, “We were supposed to move in April. We had this big plan and when the show came up, he kept encouraging me to do the show.”

Heather McDonald asked if she felt tricked by her husband’s encouragement. Camille admitted, “I did.”

Aside from getting Camille to sign on for the show, we also have Kelsey to thank for one of the show’s most infamous moments: medium Allison Dubois getting wasted, smoking an electronic cigarette, and telling Kyle that she will “never emotionally fulfill” her husband Mauricio Umansky. Camille shared, “Kelsey said, ‘Wouldn’t it be a great idea to bring Allison on because it can promote the show.'”

Camille reflected on Allison’s prediction. Even though Allison said, “he would never be emotionally fulfilled by Kyle,” Camille theorized, “But actually that is what Kelsey felt from me, right? So that’s what was kind of ironic.” Camille added, “If she was doing a reading, that’s exactly what Kelsey was doing because Mauricio is an amazing husband to Kyle and they have a great marriage. Maybe she was misreading it.”

Jumping back to the current season, Camille discussed Dorit’s drunken rudeness at Kyle’s dinner party. She had no explanation for Dorit calling her a “stupid c-nt” and laughing about it. She admitted, “I have no idea. I don’t know what lead to that. We had very minimal interaction last year. I met her a few times. I think we went out once with Kyle. We had a blast. I always got along with her, so I have no idea what happened that led her to behave that way.”

Camille majorly shaded Dorit when she said, “Isn’t she a wannabe Erika [Jayne]?” She also said, “I touched her hair once and I didn’t know it was a wig and it was a wig. I wanted to fix it and I was like ‘oops.'”

At this point, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is shaping up to be Lisa Vanderpump vs. Lisa Rinna at the reunion. Sure, there are some other spats happening, but those are at the JV level. Lisa and Lisa have been taking jabs at each other in every single episode this season, in almost every interview they’ve done to promote the show, and in lots of their social media posts. These are varsity smack talkers.

Aside from Vanderpump’s constant digs, Rinna’s other major foe this season is Dorit Kemsley, who has been super busy this year offending Camille Grammer and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave (so far).

When Rinna joined Andy Cohen in the clubhouse for Watch What Happens Live, she shared, “I like Teddi. I like her. She’s a straight shooter. I had fun with her.”

That’s not really surprising. I feel like that question would have a way more interesting answer if Andy had asked Dorit to share her thoughts on the newest Housewife. I’m sure she has some choice words for her since she calls her “psyho” in the preview for the next episode.

Obviously, Andy had to ask Rinna about her (amazing) Instagram stories where she watches the early Real Housewives of Beverly Hills seasons and shares her reactions. When a screen shot of Lisa Vanderpump appeared on the screen, Rinna said, “Who’s that? Is that Lisa Vanderpump? Oh, I recognize Giggy.” Shady.

When Lisa‘s other sparring partner Kim Richards appeared on the screen all she said was “Next.” That was probably a good move considering that Kim isn’t even on this season in any capacity.

When Andy brought up Camille, Rinna admitted, “I like Camille in Season 1. Where is that girl? Bring her back. I want her back. I loved it.” I’m all for Camille being classy, but I know that she is more than capable of dragging Dorit. Season 1 Camille needs to reemerge, even if it’s just for one scene to put Dorit in her place.

Rinna insisted that she never actually watched the show before it was on. She told Andy, “Here’s the thing, it’s the truth. If you ask most of the girls who have come on the show, they don’t watch it.” She also said, “The truth is, I saw clips. If I sat down and saw all the seasons, I would never be on the show.”

A caller asked Rinna why she lets Vanderpump “take so many jabs” at her. Instead of getting defensive, Rinna said, “Sweetie, that’s what we do. We jab each other back and forth.” She even admitted, “I will say that I enjoy nothing more than taking the piss out of Lisa Vanderpump and I think vice versa. So it might look like she’s taking a lot of jabs and she is, but you know what, I get her back. Trust me.” I’m so here for that. I love a little Lisa vs. Lisa shade.

A fan employed Rinna’s signature “own it” catchphrase and asked Rinna who “does the worst job of owning it.” Without much explanation, Rinna said, “Probably Dorit. In all fairness.” I wish she elaborated more, but it really wasn’t necessary. Most people watching this show would agree. Dorit doesn’t own her actions or her house (allegedly).

One of those most hilarious (and unexpected) moments of the season was when Rinna’s daughters said that they “learned how to give head” from reading her book. I cannot imagine how her husband Harry Hamlin felt about that one.

Andy asked Rinna, “What was Harry’s reaction to your daughters getting blow job tips from your books?” Rinna said, “Ugh. What do you think his reaction was?” Andy said, “I think it was probably very poor, right?” She told him, “At first he was like, ‘Oh my god. What have you done now?’ He’s been OK now.” Now that is a conversation that I wish was filmed for the show

As hilarious as it is watching Lisa Rinna and Lisa Vanderpump make fun of each other on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, this show feels more like a lifestyle documentary than a reality show at this point. Where is the drama? We need a little more controversy and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave arguing with Dorit Kemsley for being late isn’t going to satisfy me for much longer.

I love seeing the outrageous outfits, lavish spending, and everything else associated with this lifestyle, but can they just get in an argument, throw some wine, or do something worthy of a meme? Please.

Rinna shared her thoughts on the latest uneventful last episode in her Bravo blog. She admitted, “As everyone knows, Vanderpump and I absolutely love taking the piss out of one another. Taking jabs and being snarky is what we both live for in our relationship, and I would agree that if ‘Poking Fun at Lisa’ was an Olympic sport, I think we could both claim the gold. Now let me see if I can find that needle and thread for you, Dr. Vanderpump!” I’m all for the Lisa on Lisa banter, especially since no one else is willing to get their hands dirty in any way.

Rinna added, “In all seriousness, despite the jabs and jokes, I have to commend Vanderpump on the work they’ve done with their dog rescue center. This, in addition to their crusade to Stop Yulin Forever, has saved many dogs lives.”

That’s all well and good, but I still need some more excitement on this show. Thankfully Teddi is not letting Dorit’s pretentiousness get her down and she stood up for herself after Dorit attempted to change the narrative. On the other hand, I really can’t hear about Dorit being late to lunch 983343 more times. Dorit is inconsiderate. End of story. Let’s move on.

Rinna seems to feel the same way. She wrote, “This Lategate situation going on between Dorit and Teddi is starting to give me a headache, so I’m going to pop into my white light bubble and drink from a red solo cup to stay safe from whatever is about to happen.” I love her for throwing shade at Dorit for all of the fuss that she made over the glassware at Teddi’s home.

Original Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Danielle Staub made her big comeback this season after five seasons away from Bravo. She started out on the show as a friend of Jacqueline Laurita and she left the show as an enemy of Teresa Giudice’s after Teresa flipped a table on her and chased her through a country club.

Now Danielle and Teresa are on good terms, but the same cannot be said about Danielle and Caroline Manzo, Dolores Catania, and Siggy Flicker – which is surprising to just about no one. Speaking of Danielle’s beefs, she recently revealed that she has issues with Atlanta Housewife NeNe Leakes.

Danielle appeared on the Mouthing Off With Olivia Caridi podcast to discuss Real Housewives from across the franchise. She claimed, “I was in the eleventh hour of coming back for the reunion of Season 3, so I could come back on 4 and I backed out. I went, ‘Wait, Caroline. Wait, Jacqueline. Wait, I’m not doing this.’ It happened two more times. We kept-talking Andy [Cohen] and I – and there was no space for me.”

During Season 8, Danielle got along with all of the Housewives except for Dolores and Siggy. She theorized, “I think [Siggy] and Dolores just made a pact to come after me. ‘Let’s make her feel irrelevant’ and I just had to keep reminding them that you’re only relevant because I had been relevant. Just relax. And I gave them a story line.”

Danielle was asked to name her ideal cast for a Real Housewives show with women from different cities. Of course, Danielle started by saying, “I would say it would be Teresa and I.” That surprised absolutely no one.

Then she claimed, “Lisa Vanderpump because I am close with Lisa and I met her before she was on the show. She came up to me at the VMA’s and it was at the SLS.” What does “close” mean? I would kill to see these two having a conversation. Sticking with Beverly Hills ladies, Danielle said, “People might be shocked by this, but I would pick Lisa Rinna. She’s my spirit animal.” I’m not at all shocked by that. Danielle added, “I do love Erika [Jayne]. Man, she’s hot.”

Moving on to Atlanta, Danielle said, “Sheree [Whitfield], I’m close friends with her.” I would love to see these two on a show together, yelling at a mutual enemy at a restaurant before the food even comes out. Then Danielle dropped some pretty random information: “I used to be close with NeNe until NeNe decided she didn’t need me. OK, NeNe. I don’t need her either, but I didn’t know she needed me at all.” Then she added, “It would be good to have her around though to reach those really high spots.” I would love to hear NeNe’s take on this.

Danielle continued, “Orange County, I would definitely want Tamra [Judge]. She’s so good. She can cry. She can laugh. She’s been through things and she’s got really good Botox. She’s got a really good body too. And I do like Kelly [Dodd].”

She said, “If I were to do anything with New York, of course we would have to do Bethenny [Frankel].” She added, “I remember when she didn’t even have an exhaust fan in her studio. She’s definitely had whatever it takes to get where she is and I admire that.
